The expansion project of the outpatient building of Dezhou People's Hospital was undertaken by the Dejian Group Second Construction Branch. The building has a total length of 145.75 meters and a width of 92.84 meters, with a total construction area of 40529.77 square meters. The foundation pit has a large area and deep depth. The deformation of the surrounding environment is difficult to control during the construction of the foundation pit. The project structure is more complicated, the pipeline layout is denser, and the electromechanical pipelines are complex and complicated. During the BIM modeling process, more than 150 problems in the drawings were found.
