1. Basic situation of project construction

The Shandong Dejian Group Prefabricated Industrial Park Project (referred to as the Industrial Park) is located in the west of Chongde Fifth Avenue, east of Chongde Fourth Avenue and south of Binde Expressway in Dezhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, covering an area of ​​244.29 mu. The project plans to build an integrated office building, a PC component production workshop, a steel-concrete composite structural component processing workshop, a steel bar processing production workshop, an urban pipe corridor production workshop, an HZS120 concrete production line, and a large-scale storage yard, display area and other integrated facilities .

2. Construction process and environmental protection approval

In October 2018, Shandong Dejian Group Co., Ltd. commissioned Dezhou Environmental Protection Research Institute Co., Ltd. to compile and complete the Environmental Impact Report Form of the "Shandong Dejian Group Prefabricated Building Industrial Park Project". On December 3, 2018, the project was approved by the Economic and Technological Development Division of the Environmental Protection Bureau of Dezhou City. The "Response to the Environmental Impact Report Form of the Shandong Dejian Group Co., Ltd. Shandong Dejian Group Prefabricated Construction Industrial Park Project" (Dehuan Open Report Form [2018] No. 166).

3. Project construction

Part of the PC components of the first phase project and supporting environmental protection facilities have been completed.
