On February 7th, the second session of the staff (member) congress of Shandong Hi-speed Dejian Group and the 2023 work conference was held grandly. The meeting deliberated and approved the work report of the trade union of Dejian Group, the work report of production safety, the work report of the employee proposal and the performance report of the Collective Contract in 2022. Zhao Jianqiang, secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of the company attended the meeting and delivered a speech, and Ma Zhixin, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and general manager, made the production and operation report. 164 official delegates and some non-voting delegates attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Xia Kai, a party committee member of the company.

At the meeting, Jiang Yidong, member of the Party Committee of the company and chairman of the Board of Supervisors, read out the company's decision on Recognizing the Advanced Branch Companies and Individuals in 2022, and models were awarded to representatives above. Xue Lei, Party Committee member and Chief Accountant, conveyed the spirit of the 2023 annual work meeting of Shandong Hi-speed Group. Wang Xiangtao, Deputy General Manager and Chief Economist, read out the completion of the economic indicators of all branch units in 2022 and the  target figures in 2023, and signing ceremony of the Business Target Responsibility Document between the general manager and the heads of branch units was held afterwards. Zhao Jianqiang pointed out in his speech that Shandong High-speed Dejian Group has made outstanding achievements in promoting integrated development and building a model of mixed ownership reform, and has taken firm steps on the road of building the outstanding construction group in Shandong Province. Especially in the past 2022, under the strong leadership of the Party Committee, the board of directors and the joint efforts of all staff, the company overcame the international and domestic economic downturn, the impact of COVID-19 and the policy adjustment of the real estate industry. The following is requested in the coming 2023: strengthen the guidance of the Party building; strengthen the liberation of minds; strengthen the improvement of quantity and quality; strengthen the talent support; strengthen innovations; strengthen risk prevention and control; strengthen the construction of Party conduct.

Ma Zhixin pointed out in the production and operation work report, in the past 2022, the company developed closely around the theme of "safety, health", firmly focusing on "321" key target, actively responding to the adverse impact of the epidemic outbreak, effectively dissolving the economic downturn pressure, and the main economic indicators saw an uptick last year, production and operation succeeded significantly, economic and social benefits steadily improved, which created a new situation of high quality development, writing a new chapter of the strong industrial enterprise. In 2023, we should adhere to the general principle of seeking progress while maintaining stability, coordinating safety and development, epidemic prevention and control and production and operation better,  coordinating key work better such as market operation, production management, cost management, risk prevention and control, team building, comprehensive innovation, and party building guidance.

The conference announced and voted through the conference resolution (draft), the delegates agreed that the conference accurately judged the situation, and cleared direction of development. The approved work report condensed the collective wisdom of the company, and it was a conference that gathered strength and unity. Deployment of the key work reflected the common will of all the staff. It was a building on the past and the future. The conference called all staff to further implementing the Party's spirit, under the strong leadership of the Party Committee and the board of directors, unified as one, with strong dedication and high sense of responsibility, to promote the company’s high quality development to a new level, with more excellent performance to the establishment of the 70 anniversary of the company!
