On September 29, Taishan Science and Technology Forum—Smart Construction and Construction Industrialization Sub-Forum and Shandong High-speed Dejian Group Sci-Tech Innovation Conference were successfully held in Dezhou. This was sponsored by Shandong Association of Science and Technology, co-directed by Dezhou Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and Dezhou Bureau of Science and Technology, co-organized by Shandong Construction Association and Shandong High-speed Group Science and Technology Association, assisted by Dezhou Association of Science and Technology, Dezhou Construction Industry Association, Shandong High-speed Group Innovation Research Institute, Shandong High-Speed Resources Group, and Shandong High-Speed Dejian Group.

The forum was held both online and offline. Fan Tinglei, Standing Committee Member of Municipal Party Committee and Deputy Mayor of Dezhou, Bi Jingjian, Standing Committee Member of Party Committee, director of the Board, Deputy General Manager, and Chairman of Trade Union of Shandong High-speed Group Co., LTD., directors from the government departments, managers and branch company managers from Shandong High-speed Group, experts and industry leaders, etc. More than 200 guests attended the meetings, with over 100,000 visitors watched it online.

At the opening ceremony, Lin Bin, Vice President and Secretary-general of Shandong Construction Industry Association, Miao Xiaogang, Secretary of Party Leadership Group and Chairman of Dezhou Science and Technology Association and Bi Jingjian delivered speeches respectively, fully affirming the development of construction industry in Dezhou, and pointing out the directions of technological innovation and future development direction of Dezhou construction industry. Fan Tinglei and Bi Jingjian jointly inaugurated the Construction Branch of Shandong High-speed Innovation Research Institute, marking that another high-tech research platform has settled in Dezhou and Shandong High-speed Dejian Group with research innovation, platform construction, talent training and technology transformation in the direction of industrial and civil construction. The opening ceremony was presided over by Zhao Jianqiang, Party secretary and chairman of Shandong High-speed Dejian Group.

Ma Zhixin, Party Committee Member and General Manager of Shandong High-speed Dejian Group, announced the decisions from the company's Party Committee on honors and awards. Leaders and guests attended the meeting presented awards to the outstanding groups, teams and individuals for their contributions on scientific and technological innovations to the company.

At the witness of relevant departments, industry associations and experts, " 2023 ~ 2025 Scientific and Technological Innovation and Technology Development Plan of Shandong High-speed Dejian Group" (hereinafter referred to as the plan) was officially issued. The plan reviewed achievements in science and technology innovation and technology development of Dejian Group, and clearly announced the tasks of the company in three years in low-carbon technology research, innovations on smart construction and new model of building industrialization, the key techniques of digital construction, major engineering project and technical research and promotion of new technologies, new techniques and new products, and arranged the key points of scientific and technological innovation and technological development in the next stage of the company.
