On November 25, 2020-2021 Luban Award Ceremony of China Construction Engineering  and Industrial Technology Innovation Conference was held in Nanning, where 246 Luban Award projects were honored and the top 10 technological innovations of the year were released. The Outpatient Building extension project of Dezhou People's Hospital  undertaken by Shandong Hi-speed Dejian Group won the Luban Award, and the Sudan National Club Project won the Luban Award (Overseas project). Mr. Ni Hong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Minister of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development,China presented the award to Dejian Group.

Guided by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, PRC and selected by the China Construction Industry Association, the Luban Award is mainly awarded to all types of new (expanded) construction projects that have been completed and put into use in China and whose quality has reached the country's leading level. It is selected every two years. Since its inception 35 years ago, the Luban Award has set an industry standard for improving the quality of projects in China and provided an example for the honest management of construction enterprises. It is known as the "Oscar" of China's construction engineering industry and the highest honor in the domestic construction industry.

The outpatient building expansion project of Dezhou People's Hospital was one of the top ten livelihood projects constructed in Dezhou in 2016, with a total construction area of 50495.66 square meters and a building height of 30.3 meters. In the process of construction, BIM technology was fully used to optimize the design of the project, overcome the difficulties of foundation pit support and internal support removal and other problems. It is a modern medical building integrating outpatient, scientific research and office. Since the project was put into use, the daily total outpatient reception has reached more than 5,000 people, enabling the public to get high-quality medical resources at home, which has won high praise from all walks of life.

Sudan National Club project is a comprehensive modern building integrating office, conference, entertainment and leisure, with a total construction area of 50,114 square meters, located in Khartoum, the capital of Sudan. The project is large in single-storey area, complicated in cantilever structure and decoration arc lines. In the construction process, BIM technology was used for planning and typesetting, material numbering and sizing processing, to ensure that the project was completed in excellent level in one time. After its completion, it was highly praised by the local government and has become a landmark building in Khartoum, playing a huge role in Sudan's economic and cultural development and social progress.
