On Sept. 10, 2020, the General Office of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued the "Notice on Recognizing the Second Batch of Prefabricated Construction Model Cities and Industrial Bases", and Shandong Dejian Group Co., Ltd. was recognized as a prefabricated construction industrial base. There are 6 companies from Shandong Province shown on the list. Dejian Group has become the unique national prefabricated industrial base in Dezhou City covering the research and development, design, production and construction of concrete structure prefabricated buildings.

The recognition is the affirmation to Dejian’s effort on developing prefabricating industry.  For many years, Dejian has fostered the platform of provincial enterprise technology center, provincial integrated application engineering research center of prefabricated building and engineering & technology institute, and worked with colleges and research institutes to achieve industrialization of modern green buildings. It was rated as "Prefabricated Building Integrated Application Base of Shandong Province" and " Excellent Prefabricated Building Enterprise of Shandong Province".

Concrete Prefabricated Industrial Park of Shandong Dejian Group, as the company’s concrete precast component production base, covers an area of 4 acres.
